On this page you can email an order to me for a custom knit set of golf club covers. Fill out the form below with all the requested details using the style numbers given under the sample pictures on the other pages of this site. Give colour names and numbers from the COLOUR CHART PAGE. Then click on the submit buttom. Your customized order will be emailed to me. I will respond within a few days to give you a price quote and estimated delivery date.
Please note, when requesting covers with number stripes, the maximum that can be put on the top part of the covers is 7.

* Please state if No. 1 cover is for 400cc, 460cc or other size.
* Please state if any covers in set are for Hybrid/Rescue clubs. How many?

* Size of poms - 31/2", 4", 5". Colour/s of Poms either solid, or 2/3rd. # 1 colour + 1/3rd. # 2 colour or 1/3 + 1/3 + 1/3 in 3 colours.
